While out on a walk along the Vedeggio river, Tootsie investigates the influence of American popular culture by posing topical questions to her Swiss fur friend Albogasio.
Dear Georgia, I was so disappointed when I realized that the Super Bowl wasn't about me getting extra food.
Fur disclosure: I haven't met a dog with that name either. Dad made that name up because we didn't get to ask the dog's real name. Albogasio is the name of an Italian town just east of the Swiss border. According to Dad, Italian- and German-language toponyms make excellent dog names. Mom and I are planning a post to illustrate Dad's theory.
Dear Tootsie, I'm with Albogasio.
ReplyDeleteI can honestly say I've never met a dog with that name :)

Hi Toothsie...you look so small near the other dog ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm a little dog, but I have a big heart :)
DeleteHeeheehee! Super "Bowl"! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI'm still upset it's not a Super Doggy Bowl :(
DeleteIs that because I'm on a perpetual diet?
There is also the Puppy Bowl! But it is still not food related :/
ReplyDeleteNot food related? Too bad, I can pretend to be a puppy any time if that gets me extra food. Did I mention I'm on a perpetual diet? ;)
DeleteI thought it meant more food! They lie
ReplyDeleteDachshund Nola
So did I...I thought I'd get to eat my breakfast in a Super Doggy Bowl!
