Meet Mia, the fluffiest dog in the Italian Alps!
Mia is a fluffy creature full of fur and love.
Here she is out hiking with her Grandpa in the Monte Bondone area, just west of Trento, Italy.
She's headed up to the top of Monte Cornetto. "Cornetto" means "little horn"; as Bouncing Bertie and Gail pointed out, "Cornetto" is also the Italian name of an ice cream cone available in bars and stores.
Sweeping vistas await her.
But Mia is in no rush, because she wants to savor every moment of this wotten waven day.
Dear Mia, thanks for the doggy-gram. I'm glad you enjoyed meeting my dad. I hope we'll meet in the mountains at some point. When we do, I promise not to bark.
Love,
Tootsie
She sure blends right into that snow!

I guess all the fluff keeps Mia warm. I might need a jacket up there.

I must say Mia does look well suited to her environment, as well as being super-cute of course.
ReplyDeleteAnd what a co-incidence, did you know that it was so warm in Scotland yesterday (i.e. 24ºC!) that Gail ate a Cornetto!
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
Is Ms Mia peeing in the pic? :) We have cornettos here too. I always get the last bit of the cone and icecream (more if I stick my nose in it while my humans aren't looking).
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your support, Tootsie. And your mama's lovely letter too. My Typist is wondering what she's gotten herself into but she did it because she knows it's important to me (and if she hadn't, I'd have torn the house up. HAHA!)
Have a great day. It's time for me to go to bed here x
Goodness, how can you see her against the snow? She looks like fun, though!
ReplyDeleteMia is a fluff ball! She looks like a sheep and she blends right into the snow too!
ReplyDeleteShe looks nice and warm in her fur coat. She is very cute.
ReplyDeleteShe's so cute
